Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Director in the day-to-day management of all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and special events.
- Ensure the highest levels of quality control, food safety standards, and hygiene compliance across all departments.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement processes to maximize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Analyze financial reports, monitor KPIs, and develop strategic action plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive innovation in menu development, focusing on healthy, locally sourced, and high-performance culinary concepts.
- Manage staff scheduling and labor costs to ensure optimal productivity during peak and off-peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in F&B management within luxury resorts, upscale fitness clubs, or high-end hospitality venues.
- Proven track record of increasing operational efficiency and achieving profitability in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a multi-cultural team in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations (HACCP certification is highly desirable).
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a distinct advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for health, wellness, and the luxury lifestyle sector in Bali.
