Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets to ensure seamless execution and high-quality service standards.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of chefs, servers, and support staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Financial Control: Monitor inventory, control food and beverage costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
- Service Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Menu Development: Design innovative, seasonal menus that align with market trends and our brand identity.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in F&B management, preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end dining venues.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and motivating diverse teams to achieve operational goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
