Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure seamless service and maximum guest satisfaction across all outlets.
- Lead and mentor the F&B team, providing regular training and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with the executive chef to develop innovative, health-conscious menus that align with our wellness brand.
- Manage departmental budgets, monitor labor costs, and implement effective cost-control measures.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and local health regulations (HACCP/CHSE).
- Drive revenue growth through creative marketing initiatives, events, and strategic upselling programs.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and foster strong relationships with local suppliers and vendors.
- Analyze guest feedback and operational data to continuously improve service delivery and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant Director in a luxury resort or high-end lifestyle venue.
- Strong background in financial management, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a large team.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Deep passion for the fitness and wellness industry and nutritious culinary trends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a high-traffic environment.
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
