Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily F&B operations including menu development, inventory management, and cost control
- Lead, train, and mentor F&B staff to deliver exceptional service standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest experiences and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for quality ingredients
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in F&B management, preferably in luxury hospitality or fitness industry
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local food regulations and sustainability practices
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in Food Safety/HACCP preferred
