Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service delivery.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and optimize profitability.
- Manage the departmental budget, including forecasting, cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and train staff to maintain high service standards, foster a positive work culture, and facilitate professional development.
- Curate and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team, ensuring quality, relevance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local partners.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, operational audits, and team appraisals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in F&B management, preferably in a luxury or contract-based environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, develop, and retain diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of food and beverage trends, operational procedures, and service excellence.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as required by the hospitality industry.
