Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
- Develop and execute strategic menus that align with the brand identity and guest preferences.
- Manage operational budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of chefs, servers, and bartenders.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best quality products.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and menu engineering.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid food safety handling certifications and relevant hospitality qualifications.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
