Ltd. is proud to present an excellent opportunity for a Assistant Director of Nursing to join our client's healthcare facility in the West Region. This is a full-time position designed for a Nursing Manager who excels in a structured office environment.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Nursing Home, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and managing a diverse team of nursing professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Gerontology and Nursing Management, driving quality initiatives and fostering a supportive environment for staff and residents alike.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily nursing operations and administrative functions of the Nursing Home.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure strict compliance with local healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and nursing assistants.
- Monitor resident care plans and ensure that high-quality care standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate with medical practitioners, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and comprehensive care.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution within the nursing department.
- Participate in budget planning, resource allocation, and cost-containment strategies for the nursing department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and valid professional certification.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong background in Gerontology and Geriatric care management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Ability to work full-time hours in a standard office-based environment.
