Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share acquisition.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key corporate clients, government entities, and high-value leisure partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic data to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing and operations departments to ensure alignment and maximize promotional efforts.
- Organize and host high-profile sales events, networking sessions, and product familiarization trips.
- Monitor budget performance and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales operations in the hospitality sector within Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., SalesForce) and MS Office suite.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
