Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for corporate, leisure, and MICE segments
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and travel partners
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for executive review
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize guest experience and revenue streams
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure service excellence standards

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in luxury hospitality sector
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated team management experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages advantageous
