- Lead end-to-end commercialization of early-stage drug discovery spin-outs in autoimmune, oncology, and metabolism
- Develop strategic partnerships with investors, pharma companies, and industry stakeholders
- Assess market potential and commercial viability of research innovations
- Build business plans, financial models, and go-to-market strategies for spin-out ventures
- Facilitate technology transfer and intellectual property management
- Mentor entrepreneurial teams and guide scientific founders
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes for strategic positioning
Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree (PhD, MBA, or equivalent) in life sciences, business, or related field
- 5+ years in biotech business development, partnerships, or commercialization
- Proven track record in spin-out creation or technology transfer
- Deep understanding of drug discovery processes and therapeutic markets
- Strong network within Singapore's biotech/pharma ecosystem
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial innovation experience
