- Develop, implement, and oversee strategic operational plans for all outpatient clinics to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal patient flow.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waiting times, and improve service quality.
- Manage clinic budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimal utilization of manpower and equipment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of clinic managers and operational staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and patient-centricity.
- Collaborate with clinical heads, medical directors, and other stakeholders to align operational strategies with clinical objectives and patient care pathways.
- Identify and implement innovative technologies and digital solutions to enhance clinic operations, patient engagement, and administrative processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies, maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
- Champion initiatives focused on enhancing the overall patient experience, from appointment scheduling to post-consultation follow-up.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within outpatient or polyclinic settings.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, process optimization, and change management within a complex healthcare environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive performance improvements.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a track record of data-driven operational improvements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff, patients, and senior management.
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems (HIS) and an understanding of digital transformation initiatives in healthcare.
