Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of service delivery, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to established protocols within the healthcare setting.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in service operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing a team, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
