Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of service delivery, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to established protocols within the healthcare setting.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service professionals, conducting performance reviews and facilitating ongoing training and development.
- Implement and monitor operational procedures to optimize service workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall patient/customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated service issues and complex inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions while maintaining service excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure integrated service delivery and support strategic organizational objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), preparing regular reports for management and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Participate in the planning and execution of new service initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in service operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of leading and developing a team, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of interacting effectively with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
