Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) is seeking a visionary and experienced Assistant Director of Technology Strategic Planning and Integration to join our dynamic IT leadership team. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategic plans that align with hospital operational objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Lead large-scale IT integration projects, ensuring seamless interoperability between legacy clinical systems and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders and department heads to identify process improvement opportunities through technology adoption.
- Oversee technology budget planning, resource allocation, and vendor management to ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services.
- Drive innovation initiatives including the evaluation of AI, IoT, and cloud solutions to enhance clinical decision support and hospital efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare cybersecurity standards, data privacy regulations, and digital transformation governance frameworks.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and serve as the primary bridge between technical delivery teams and healthcare operational departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT strategic planning, enterprise architecture, or digital integration, preferably within a healthcare or clinical environment.
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder IT transformation projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of healthcare information systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and HL7/FHIR interoperability standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for engaging with senior management and clinical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum).
