Join Malaysia Aviation Group as an Assistant Duty Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our flight operations. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for all aircraft tail allocations for all flights on a D-2 basis, including aircraft swaps, assignments, and simulations as instructed by the Duty Manager. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all aircraft tail allocations for flights on a D-2 basis, ensuring optimal fleet utilization
- Coordinate aircraft swaps and assignments based on operational requirements and maintenance schedules
- Execute flight simulations as instructed by the Duty Manager to test operational scenarios
- Monitor flight schedules and make real-time adjustments to accommodate operational changes
- Collaborate with maintenance, flight operations, and ground handling teams to ensure smooth operations
- Document all operational decisions and maintain accurate records of aircraft assignments
- Respond to operational disruptions and implement contingency plans as necessary
- Provide regular updates to the Duty Manager on operational status and potential issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in aviation operations or airline management
- Strong knowledge of airline operations, aircraft types, and flight scheduling systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
- Proficiency in aviation management software and operational planning tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
- Valid Malaysian work authorization and ability to obtain necessary security clearances
