Join Tijili Seminyak Hotel's dynamic team as Assistant E-Commerce Manager and drive our digital growth strategy in Bali's competitive hospitality market. You'll optimize our digital ecosystem across OTAs, metasearch platforms, and direct channels while analyzing market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize hotel's online sales channels including OTAs, metasearch engines, and direct booking platforms
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to develop strategic revenue management plans
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR)
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns aligned with revenue goals
- Monitor and report on KPIs including conversion rates, booking window, and channel performance
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while maintaining competitive positioning
- Stay updated on emerging e-commerce technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in revenue management, e-commerce, or digital sales within hospitality sector
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools
- Familiarity with channel management systems and major OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda)
- Experience implementing SEO/SEM strategies for hospitality businesses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and revenue management software
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
