We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Engineer to join our team in Jurong East, Singapore. As an Assistant Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the engineering team from concept through delivery. You will assist in designing and developing shot blasting systems, preparing technical drawings, coordinating project activities, and ensuring that all work meets stringent quality and safety standards. This position involves close collaboration with project managers, technicians, and clients, as well as occasional site inspections and hands-on testing. You will also contribute to process improvements and research initiatives that drive our continuous growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior engineers in the design and development of shot blasting systems and surface preparation equipment
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including engineering drawings, specifications, and progress reports
- Support project execution by coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards
- Participate in equipment testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
- Monitor project schedules, materials, and inventory to ensure efficient operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and R&D projects aimed at enhancing product performance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in surface preparation, shot blasting, or an engineering environment is an advantage
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations (WSH)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
