- Provide technical support to the engineering team in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and process deviations to ensure minimal downtime and adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions (NPI) and process validations.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, efficiency, and defect rates.
- Perform routine inspections and audits of production equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical training and guidance to production technicians and operators as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in a cleanroom environment or semiconductor industry will be an added advantage.
- Keen interest in hands-on engineering work and process improvement.
