Tanggung Jawab
- Perform line setup, assembly, and testing of front-end equipment according to engineering specifications
- Conduct equipment qualification and validation procedures to ensure optimal performance
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for engineering review
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement process improvements
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all engineering activities
- Assist in the training of junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
