As an Assistant Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting our infrastructure projects and utility operations. You will work closely with senior engineering staff to ensure project delivery, maintain compliance with technical standards, and support the operational excellence that PIJ Holdings is known for. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior engineers in the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure and utility-related projects.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress to ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain technical documentation, project reports, and engineering drawings.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and identifying practical engineering solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure seamless project workflow.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support project planning and feasibility studies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management basics.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Must be willing to travel to project sites across Johor as required.
- Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
