Join JCEC Concrete as an Assistant Engineer and contribute to the excellence of our concrete production and delivery operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist our QAQC Engineer in maintaining rigorous quality inspection standards. In this role, you will ensure that all daily production activities strictly adhere to engineering drawings and industry specifications. You will play a vital role in monitoring production quality, identifying potential issues early, and ensuring that our final products meet the highest benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the QAQC Engineer in conducting daily quality inspections on concrete batches and finished products to ensure compliance.
- Ensure that all daily production and delivery schedules are met according to approved engineering drawings and standard requirements.
- Monitor the quality of raw materials (cement, aggregates, water) and report any deviations immediately.
- Perform routine site measurements and verify that all work complies with engineering drawings and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspection reports, test results, and site logs.
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors and the production team to resolve quality control issues effectively.
- Adhere to all site safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, and construction materials.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and control (QAQC) processes and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in using basic engineering tools, handheld devices, and MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred) and willingness to work on-site at various locations.
