As an Assistant Engineer, you will work closely with our senior engineering team to monitor plant operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and assist in process optimization initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily monitoring and supervision of chemical production plant operations.
- Ensure that all processes adhere to safety protocols, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
- Conduct routine troubleshooting of equipment and assist in minor mechanical or process adjustments.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process efficiency and cost reduction.
- Support the senior engineering team in executing project plans and system upgrades.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for shift handovers and management reviews.
- Participate in regular audits to ensure compliance with company ISO standards.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in a manufacturing setting is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Must be willing to work based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
