- Lead and supervise a team of Senior Technicians for DTL communications systems maintenance activities
- Diagnose and resolve system failures in signaling, radio, and communication networks
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for DTL infrastructure components
- Coordinate emergency response protocols during system outages or disruptions
- Prepare technical documentation including maintenance logs and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system upgrades and integration projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in rail communications systems maintenance
- Strong knowledge of DTL signaling infrastructure and protocols
- Certification in telecom systems or network administration (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+)
- Proven leadership experience with technical teams
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
