Tanggung Jawab
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnosis of electronic systems and hardware components to identify faults.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement effective repair procedures and solutions.
- Provide high-level technical support and guidance to customers regarding product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting steps.
- Document all technical issues, resolution processes, and system configurations in the central database.
- Assist in the testing and validation of new electronic prototypes and existing hardware upgrades.
- Monitor system performance metrics and recommend preventive measures to avoid future technical failures.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and technical requirements are met.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in electronics troubleshooting, hardware repair, and technical support.
- Strong understanding of circuit diagrams, schematics, and electronic component functions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to explain complex technical information clearly to customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering tools.
