Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to emergency vehicle breakdowns and technical emergencies within designated service areas
- Perform rapid diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
- Execute efficient repair and recovery operations to minimize vehicle downtime
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and reports of all breakdown incidents and resolutions
- Participate in on-call standby rotations, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Collaborate with service center teams to coordinate technical support activities
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards during all emergency response operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring technical issues and proposing solutions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive technical support, breakdown services, or vehicle maintenance
- Proficiency in diagnostic equipment and tools for vehicle troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, engines, and transmission systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to diagnostics
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during emergency situations
- Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3 or above) is preferred
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including night shifts and standby duties
