Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for X-Ray screening systems and security equipment.
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of electronic security devices.
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify hardware or software malfunctions and implement timely repairs.
- Document service activities, technical reports, and inventory logs in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide basic training and technical guidance to end-users on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of new equipment deployments.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in electronics or field service is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in basic hand tools and electronic testing equipment (e.g., Multimeters, Oscilloscopes).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced MNC environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the region as required.
