Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor the Operation Control Center (OCC) systems in real-time to ensure optimal infrastructure performance.
- Coordinate with field engineering teams to manage and resolve technical failures promptly.
- Analyze system data and logs to identify trends and perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents.
- Execute standard operating procedures during emergency situations to maintain passenger safety and service continuity.
- Participate in regular maintenance planning and system upgrade projects to enhance overall rail reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of incident reports, system performance logs, and technical maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical support and ensure compliance with regulatory safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Systems Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in engineering operations, rail, or a mission-critical control environment.
- Strong understanding of SCADA systems, remote monitoring tools, or rail signaling technologies.
- Proven ability to remain calm and decisive during high-pressure incidents or emergency response scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical requirements and operational coordination.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and technical report writing.
- Willingness to work on shifts to support 24/7 rail operations as required by the business.
