Tanggung Jawab
- Support senior engineers in daily machinery maintenance and operational troubleshooting
- Assist in equipment calibration, testing, and quality control inspections
- Document engineering processes, maintenance logs, and inventory records
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing efficiency
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols and environmental standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production line optimization
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical documentation tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in team environments
