Join SMRT Corporation as an Assistant Engineer specializing in Fare Systems for the Circle Line (CCL) and contribute to Singapore's iconic transportation network. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in maintenance and calibration of fare system components including ticket gates, validators, and payment terminals
- Monitor system performance metrics and report anomalies to senior engineers
- Collaborate on implementing software updates and hardware upgrades for fare collection systems
- Document technical procedures, maintenance logs, and incident reports
- Support troubleshooting activities for fare system malfunctions and operational disruptions
- Conduct regular inspections of fare equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve fare-related customer issues
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- Basic knowledge of fare collection systems, ticketing technology, or payment processing
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and technical documentation practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and network fundamentals
- Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred (as per local recruitment norms)
