Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, calibration, and commissioning of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on wafer fabrication machinery.
- Provide prompt on-site technical support to ensure minimal equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Smart Factory 4.0 process improvements.
- Document maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment performance logs accurately.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and cleanroom operating standards.
- Assist in the training and guidance of junior technicians as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
- Prior experience in a semiconductor, wafer fab, or high-tech manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to perform on-site duties in a cleanroom setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
