Power Automation Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and technically-minded Assistant Engineer to join our EV Charging Maintenance team in Singapore. As the demand for Electric Vehicles (EV) continues to skyrocket, our mission is to ensure the highest standards of operational reliability across our network of charging infrastructure.
In this role, you will be on the front lines of Singapore’s green transition, performing critical preventive and corrective maintenance on EV charging stations. You will work closely with our engineering leads to troubleshoot hardware issues, implement software updates, and ensure that our infrastructure remains highly available for EV users. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine site inspections and preventive maintenance on various EV charger models to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in charging stations, coordinating repairs efficiently.
- Execute site-specific technical tasks, including hardware upgrades and software firmware updates.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and incident reports for all serviced equipment.
- Collaborate with field operations teams to minimize equipment downtime and resolve connectivity issues.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict safety standards, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices.
- Provide prompt technical support and communication to site owners and facility managers.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or electrical installation (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Solid understanding of electrical circuitry, troubleshooting, and low-voltage systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in field environments.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools (multimeters, insulation testers, etc.).
- Good command of written and spoken English to document technical reports effectively.
