Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the precision assembly and alignment of miniature and medium-sized motion stage products.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to ensure performance specifications are strictly adhered to.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during the production phase and support root cause analysis.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including assembly manuals and test reports.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize production processes and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Calibrate testing equipment and fixtures to ensure accurate measurement and validation.
- Provide operational support to senior engineers on specialized R&D projects.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace in accordance with industrial manufacturing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Basic knowledge of motion control systems, bearings, or precision mechanical components.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to technical tasks.
- Experience with precision tools (e.g., micrometers, laser interferometers) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication skills and a strong commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Proficiency in MS Office or engineering-specific software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
