In this role, you will play a crucial part in the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, focusing on analyzing customer drawings and bill of materials to ensure seamless production.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for restructuring the Bill of Materials (BOM) to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze customer drawings and technical specifications to understand design requirements.
- Review and restructure Bill of Materials (BOM) to optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering challenges.
- Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from prototype to mass production.
- Conduct cost analysis and material selection to ensure budget compliance.
- Generate and maintain accurate technical documentation and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and interpreting BOMs.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
