Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operation, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery and industrial equipment.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure high equipment uptime and reliability.
- Support senior engineers in conducting root cause analysis for technical failures.
- Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor production line performance and provide immediate technical intervention when issues arise.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and technical reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety compliance and quality standards are strictly met.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to hardware.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotating shifts if required.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic engineering software.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
