In this role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency, working closely with Production Technicians and Operators to ensure seamless manufacturing workflows. You will play a pivotal role in identifying machine bottlenecks, executing process changes, and maintaining rigorous quality control standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct technical support to Production Technicians and Operators for machine troubleshooting and recovery.
- Execute process changes and adjustments to optimize production yield and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular process control monitoring to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Perform detailed failure analysis to identify the root cause of production downtime or defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain technical documentation, equipment logs, and process improvement reports.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for new production cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and process schematics.
- Proficiency in basic data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Effective communication skills to mentor and guide production floor staff.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
