Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Document quality findings in inspection reports and maintain accurate quality control documentation
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Support the development and maintenance of quality management systems and procedures
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company specifications
- Assist in supplier quality audits and vendor qualification processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
