In this role, you'll support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) in strict accordance with ISO 9001 standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS documentation aligned with ISO 9001 requirements
- Support internal quality audits and prepare documentation for external assessments
- Monitor quality metrics and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Assist in supplier quality evaluations and vendor management processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools (e.g., root cause analysis, FMEA)
- Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality documentation software
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in quality engineering or manufacturing environments preferred
