In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from initial installation to rigorous testing and commissioning (T&C). You will work closely with senior engineering leads to ensure that facility systems and train infrastructure meet the highest safety and performance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of rail infrastructure and facility systems.
- Support the Testing & Commissioning (T&C) phases of engineering projects to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to prevent system downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and optimization projects.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and service logs for all facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Ensure all work activities strictly adhere to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
- Participate in site meetings and assist in coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in facility maintenance, rail systems, or heavy industrial projects is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Willingness to perform shift work or standby duties as required by project schedules.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to report findings clearly to management.
- Prior experience with T&C procedures or installation work is highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a strong mechanical/electrical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
