Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the installation and startup of semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, calibration, and testing of semiconductor tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical system failures.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to end-users regarding equipment operation.
- Document service reports, maintenance logs, and technical data accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement equipment improvements and upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, service, or field support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Ability to work independently in various field environments and travel as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production schedules.
