Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior engineers in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to minimize machine downtime.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate production logs in compliance with SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and improve yield rates.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational workflow efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and cleanroom protocols.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of basic technical data to support engineering reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related field).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor wafer fabrication processes and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shift work requirements.
- Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic technical software.
