- Operate and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment in cleanroom environments
- Monitor production processes and ensure strict quality control standards
- Perform routine equipment calibration and preventive maintenance tasks
- Document production data and maintain accurate technical records
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and cleanroom procedures
- Support process improvement initiatives and efficiency enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Cleanroom environment experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and wear cleanroom PPE
