In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of Technical Officers to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance (PM & CM) on our monorail system, ensuring that all works are performed in strict adherence to relevant procedures and safety requirements. You will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of reliability and safety that SMRT is known for. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of Technical Officers in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the Sentosa Express monorail system.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules to ensure minimal impact on operational services.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor system performance and analyze data to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
- Conduct training and development sessions for technical staff to enhance team competency.
- Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to support operational needs and drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in rail or transport systems.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices and principles.
- Familiarity with safety management systems and workplace safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
- Willingness to work on shifts as required.
