Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems, scanning systems, IT infrastructure, and building automation systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients
- Conduct regular system inspections and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system optimization
- Document all technical activities and maintain accurate records
- Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest industry technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of security systems, scanning systems, IT infrastructure, or building automation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (preferred for site visits)
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
