Tanggung Jawab
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting of steel manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Assist in implementing engineering solutions for process optimization
- Document technical operations and prepare maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects
- Participate in equipment calibration and performance testing
- Contribute to the development of operational procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Basic knowledge of steel manufacturing processes and equipment
- Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment
