Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and optimization of semiconductor process modules (e.g., deposition, etching, lithography, CMP, wet cleaning).
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot R&D tools and equipment to support experimental activities and ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare chemical solutions, manage chemical inventory, and strictly adhere to chemical safety and waste disposal protocols.
- Collaborate with Process and Equipment Engineers to execute experiments for advanced packaging and next-generation device architectures.
- Document experimental procedures, results, process parameters, and equipment logs with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform wafer handling, inspection (SEM, optical microscopy, defect review), and basic metrology data analysis.
- Maintain a Class 100/1000 cleanroom environment and comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
- Support the qualification and transfer of robust R&D processes to high-volume manufacturing (HVM) pilot lines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Microelectronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a semiconductor wafer fabrication, R&D, or related high-tech manufacturing environment (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment (e.g., KLA, Applied Materials, TEL, LAM, ASML) is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of semiconductor unit processes such as thin film deposition (PVD/CVD), photolithography, wet or dry etching, or chemical mechanical polishing (CMP).
- Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment, wearing full cleanroom PPE (bunny suit) for extended periods.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to experimental design and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills in English.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including shifts or weekends, to support critical experimental runs or equipment troubleshooting.
