Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily engineering and maintenance operations to ensure minimal downtime in a high-volume food production environment.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and supervisors, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) programs for plant machinery and auxiliary systems.
- Manage technical projects including equipment upgrades, capacity expansions, and installation of new production lines.
- Collaborate with the Production and Quality Assurance departments to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize process parameters.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO) and environmental regulations.
- Manage the spare parts inventory and vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficiency and supply chain reliability.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective engineering solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in engineering or maintenance within the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI) and electrical control systems.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead complex engineering projects under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, and international food safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang Selatan and work flexible hours to support production requirements.
