Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians in electronics manufacturing operations
- Oversee production workflows, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams to resolve technical challenges
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs and technical specifications
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership experience with engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in engineering software and technical documentation tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
