Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of progressive engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership/management
- Proven expertise in full-stack development or relevant technical specialization
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern development tools
