Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of electrical power distribution and utility systems to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal quality policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of utility engineers and technicians to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and lifespan.
- Analyze energy consumption data and utility costs to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve energy efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with production planning teams to ensure utility availability aligns perfectly with manufacturing schedules.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for major capital projects and facility upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility management or plant engineering, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse technical teams effectively.
- Deep understanding of electrical power systems, plant maintenance, and safety management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, OHSAS).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
