Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and quality control of all guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure immaculate condition.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage and monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Conduct regular inspections and spot checks to ensure all housekeeping standards align with Accor’s luxury brand requirements.
- Coordinate closely with other department heads, such as Front Office and Engineering, to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests regarding room cleanliness or amenities with professionalism and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a diverse housekeeping team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, including laundry management, pest control, and chemical safety.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Certification in Housekeeping Management or Hospitality is a plus.
