Tanggung Jawab
- Support the planning team in developing and executing strategic business initiatives.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to generate accurate forecasting reports.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure operational efficiency and minimize disruptions.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders across logistics and manufacturing departments.
- Prepare comprehensive presentation decks and analytical reports for management reviews.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to streamline planning workflows.
- Maintain and update master data accuracy within internal ERP systems.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business planning, inventory control, or analytical roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems or business intelligence tools is a significant advantage.
